DO YOU HAVE AN ORDER MINIMUM?

There is NO order minimum for our Curated Collection or our Personalized Gifts.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT TO SHIP?

Most of our gifts ship within 7-10 business days as almost all are made-to-order and take just a bit longer to produce. 

 

MY GIFT CONTAINS CHOCOLATE, WHAT IF IT MELTS?

We do not guarantee that melting will not occur and we are unable to issue refunds for melting upon delivery of shipped gifts. Melting is NOT an issue for hand delivered gifts to the greater Knoxville, TN area.

If your gift contains chocolate, a chocolate substitution may be available. Contact us at info@beamandbasket.com for substitution availability as substitutions tend to vary seasonally.

 

CAN I BUY MULTIPLES OF THE SAME GIFT AND SEND THEM TO DIFFERENT RECIPIENTS?

Most Definitely! Just include a note in your cart at checkout and send us an email at info@beamandbasket.com with your order number and the different shipping addresses/recipients.

If you wish to order multiple gifts of different types with multiple recipients, we recommend placing an individual order for each recipient or you can email us at info@beamandbasket.com for more assistance.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We take great care in creating, assembling, and packaging your gifts. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of a majority of our products, we do not accept returns at this time, unless the item has arrived damaged or has a defect.

Should you have a problem with your order, please email us at info@beamandbasket.com and we will work to make it right. If there is damage to a product, please submit photos with your request as this will help us to process your request in a timely manner.
